I attended the Creative Writing Forum held at the Community College of Baltimore County Essex campus, where I was part of a fiction workshop. During the following dinner, I read one of my poems in an open mic. The end of the evening was a reading by the poet/essayist/novelist Andre Codrescu, followed by a book signing. I had the honor to receive a copy of the book New Orleans, Mon Amour signed by Andre, and I gave him a copy of Writing Poems in the Rain signed by me. So now I can say a renowned poet owns a copy of my book.

Two poems submitted the CCBC literary magazine, The Fine Print. Submissions are accepted until December, so I am awaiting the status of my poems.
